LASITHI PLATEAU – FAMILY TOUR

This excursion takes you on a scenic journey through Crete’s stunning landscapes, traditional villages, and cultural highlights. Departing from your hotel, we first stop at Havgas Village, a beautiful natural spot, before passing through the charming village of Fourni. Next, we visit Amazonas Park, a wildlife sanctuary where you can see rescued animals up close. Continuing to Neapoli, we enjoy a taste of local life before heading to Potamoi Village, a peaceful spot surrounded by nature.

One of the highlights of the tour is Lasithi Plateau, a breathtaking highland region famous for its windmills. Here, optionally you may participate in a traditional pottery class and learn about Crete’s ancient craft. We then visit Krasi Village, known for its massive, centuries-old plane tree and fresh spring water, before making a brief stop in the coastal town of Malia.

On the way back, we pass through the lively town of Agios Nikolaos, where you can admire its beautiful lake and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, we return to your hotel  after a day full of stunning views, cultural experiences, and local traditions. Meals are not included, but arrangements can be made with the driver for those who wish to stop for lunch.
